Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cottonhedge. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.


Returns

  • You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return requests need to be raised via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

Return/exchange queries will be responded to within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).


Refunds

  • Once we receive your item in our warehouse, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.

  • Within 2 business days of inspection, you will be updated on the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 3 business days to your original payment method.

  • You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via UPI ID or credited to your Cottonhedge wallet.

🚫 Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable for both prepaid and COD orders.


Exchanges

  • To exchange for a different size, please follow the return process above.

  • Once we receive and quality-check your return, we will ship the new size within 2-3 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance / Final sale items.


Shipping

  • If your location is covered by our shipping providers, we will arrange the pickup within 3 days after receiving your request.

  • If not, you may need to ship the item back yourself.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@cottonhedge.com with your order details and product images.

  • We will arrange a replacement and ship it within 3 business days after confirming your request.
